Depending on the size and nature of the project, a deposit may be required when the work is confirmed. Where applicable, the deposit amount and what it relates to will be clearly set out before you commit.

For larger projects, payments may be divided into agreed stages linked to the progress of the work. The payment schedule will be established before the project starts, so you know what is due and when.
